Online Order Filling Team Associate

Job Overview

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pick up, make appropriate product substitutions, and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, and multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
