Job Overview
Cub Burnsville HOTC on Travelers Trail is looking for a dedicated full‑time cake decorator. Cake decorators provide quality bakery products that meet customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and a positive shopping experience.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare bakery products.
- Stock, rotate, and face bakery products.
- Ensure adequate quantities of product and decorating supplies.
- Perform department clean‑up.
- Assist with department merchandising as directed.
- Respond to customer questions or requests.
- Operate equipment (spatula, decorating tubes, airbrush, copy machine, cake projector, mixer, bakery rack).
- Be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service.
- Exercise good judgment when direct supervision is not immediately available.
- Understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; provide written or verbal requests for supplies.
- Work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Push or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Walk on uneven ground.
- Reach, bend, turn, and perform repetitive motions.
- Work in varied temperature and wet environments.
- Full‑time; open availability required.
- Weekends.
