Cake Decorator

Job Overview

Cub Burnsville HOTC on Travelers Trail is looking for a dedicated full‑time cake decorator. Cake decorators provide quality bakery products that meet customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and a positive shopping experience.

• Prepare bakery products.
• Stock, rotate, and face bakery products.
• Ensure adequate quantities of product and decorating supplies.
• Perform department clean‑up.
• Assist with department merchandising as directed.
• Respond to customer questions or requests.

• Operate equipment (spatula, decorating tubes, airbrush, copy machine, cake projector, mixer, bakery rack).
• Be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service.
• Exercise good judgment when direct supervision is not immediately available.
• Understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; provide written or verbal requests for supplies.
• Work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be at least 18 years old.

• Lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Push or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Walk on uneven ground.
• Reach, bend, turn, and perform repetitive motions.
• Work in varied temperature and wet environments.

• Full‑time; open availability required.
• Weekends.
