Pay Range: $20.00 to $24.00

Floor Lead Supervisor will be responsible for leading the stocking operations of concessions locations at Energizer Park. Responsibilities include following planograms, ensuring beverage product is rotated, stocking and cleaning coolers and liquor cages, completing tasks efficiently, and other duties outlined by the Concessions Management Team.

• Execute all concessions decisions made by the Concessions Management Team.
• Follow cooler planograms, maintain proper inventory levels, and ensure product rotation.
• Maintain "show quality" standards at all times.
• Understand all product offerings, packaging, and pricing.
• Restock liquor cages and maintain inventory levels.
• Establish rapport with event day team members and other supervisors.
• Respond to and assist with guest service issues.
• Lead and delegate tasks to team members.

• Ensure coolers are organized according to fixed planograms and beverages are stocked/rotated accordingly.
• Show strong leadership in heading a stocking team to complete tasks quickly and efficiently.
• Familiarize yourself with Levy offerings and coordinate with managers to make improvements.

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
