As Store Assistant – Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in daily store procedures, payroll management, cash handling, and inventory control. You will support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and fostering a collaborative selling environment.

• Drive process adoption and lead opening/closing procedures as a visible service leader.
• Resolve customer concerns with a positive outcome.
• Assess and strategize performance goals such as conversion, units per transaction, sales per hour, and other KPIs.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, onboarding, and retaining the store team.
• Execute flawless visual presentation and recommend merchandising adaptations.
• Maintain accurate inventory management through receiving, sending, price changes, retickets, RTVs, markdowns, and transfers.
• Prevent losses by educating associates on customer service and company policies.
• Coach staff to increase product and selling knowledge and provide development opportunities.
• Manage minor employee relations issues and performance management.
• Ensure associates follow Beyond Yoga and LSCo. policies.
• Build a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment and partner with Home Office on local community events.
• Serve as a brand ambassador embodying company core values.

• Progressive retail leadership experience with proven coaching, supervising and training skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a self‑starter mindset and growth orientation.
• Flexible schedule, available for evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40lb., stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, type, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Compensation: $24.25–$40.40 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
