Annual or quarterly performance incentives may be awarded. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour can be paid in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup, making appropriate product substitutions, and consulting with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
