Job OverviewOnline Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Fill online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and package merchandise to meet quality standards.
- Make product substitutions as appropriate.
- Consult with customers to resolve any order issues.
