As a Store Manager, you report to the Store Manager and are accountable for opening and closing the store, ensuring process adoption, and maintaining high standards of customer service and merchandise execution. You will manage cash handling, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, replenishment, and all day‑to‑day store operations.

• Drive process adoption, opening, closing, and all store operations as the manager on duty.
• Handle cash, merchandise, and inventory workflows with accuracy and oversight.
• Resolve customer concerns positively and partner with the Store Manager or ASM on escalated issues.
• Coach, coach, and train store team members on selling culture and customer connection to achieve top service and sales levels.
• Supervise the store team in the absence of other managers.
• Set, monitor, and strategize performance goals (e.g., Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour, and other measurable KPIs).
• Support onboarding and integration for new hires.
• Build a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with the store team and Home Office partners to create community events and brand awareness.
• Model leadership by crafting an engaging store experience and serving as a visible brand ambassador.
• Embodies and cultivates the company’s core values.

• Progressive retail leadership experience with proven supervising, coaching, and training skills.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Salary range: $18.80 to $31.30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a 401(k) match of $1.25 for every $1.00 contributed up to the first 6% of pay, paid volunteer time (five hours per month for nonprofits), employee discounts on merchandise, and a comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage package.
