Social Media​/Sales​/Event Planning Intern -Fall

Laughing Lotus Boutique is a woman-owned jewelry design company specializing in on-trend inspirational jewelry. We are looking for an enthusiastic fall intern to join us at our pop-up locations at SoWa and The Greenway in Boston. The role could extend into the holiday season at The Shops at Chestnut Hill.

The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a related university program and has a passion for jewelry, fashion, or creative entrepreneurship. This is a hybrid role - Remote work may include social media management, content creation and jewelry making. In person responsibilities include customer service, merchandising, sales and Instagram content creation.

PLEASE only apply if you are located within 55 minutes of Boston, as in-person availability is essential.

• Help create and maintain visual images for a busy pop-up shop and website.
• Photography, content creation and editing for social media platforms.
• Help set up merchandise displays and write up sales.

• Knowledgeable of social media platforms.
• Quick to pick up new technologies.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Docs, Canva, Photoshop or other related apps.
• A strong verbal and written communicator.
• A collaborative team player.
• Above all, honest, reliable, accurate and kind.
