Compensation

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Hourly wage: $20 - $33 per hour

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pick up, make appropriate product substitutions, and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
