Compensation

Hourly Wage: $20 - $33 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates are responsible for locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise to fill online orders. They ensure order accuracy before pick‑up, make appropriate product substitutions, and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
