Role Summary
Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
What you’ll do- Shop for customers and select products for online orders.

- Assist in‑store customers when needed.

- Help customers find the products they are looking for.
- Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store.
- Keep your area stocked, clean, and safe.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums up to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances.
