Online Order Filling Team Associate

New Full Time | Part Time $14.00 - $27.00/hr*

Part time. Shift may start between 8:00am - 4:00pm.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pick‑up. They make product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers shop for customers each day, selecting the right products, filling orders, dispensing them, and engaging customers during the process. The role is fast‑paced, especially during evenings, weekends and holidays, and requires juggling online order fulfillment with in‑store customer support.

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the mandatory minimum wage for the location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and mandatory premia ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.
