Online Order Filling Team Supervisor

Job Overview

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Hourly wage: $19 - $32 per hour (when adjusted to meet or exceed the required minimum wage at the job location). Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
