-  - Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary leadership for the store by driving the company culture and strategies, achieving targeted results, championing exceptional pet parent service and efficient execution of the store’s daily business;
Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating employees; manage staffing and scheduling; onboarding and mentoring; succession planning;
Lead the associate and pet parent experience and ensure safety and health of pets in our care; respond to pet parent concerns; manage in-store and community events;
Ensure store compliance with policies and procedures and maintain store standards; conduct regular policy walks; manage inventory levels and security; review surveillance as needed;
Drive profitability and store performance by analyzing reporting, controlling labor and supplies, coordinating with home office, and meeting P&L targets
