Online Order Filling associates are responsible for locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise to fulfill online orders accurately. They ensure the correctness of orders before pick‑up, make appropriate product substitutions, and consult with customers as needed to achieve satisfaction.

• Shop for customers across all departments to find the right items for online orders.
• Prepare and dispense orders, engaging customers throughout the process.
• Maintain a fast‑paced workflow, balancing online order duties with in‑store customer assistance, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

• Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile.
• Answer customer questions and help them find products.
• Assist fellow associates as needed to maintain a clean, stocked, and safe store environment.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, which may vary by schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
