Must be able to work 100% onsite in WALNUT CREEK, CA! No hybrid or work from home available

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Econ or similar with 2+ years of experience required!
• Property Management, Construction or Real-Estate industry needed
• Should have Advanced Excel, Net Suite required!
• Must have budgeting, variance Analysis, forecasting, modeling
• $85,000 - $90,000, DOE
