Hourly Wage

Minimum hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. The actual hourly rate ranges from $14 to $27 per hour.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
