Online Order Fulfillment & Delivery Specialist

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers and delivery associates fulfill daily tasks that involve shopping for customers and preparing online orders. The position is fast paced, requiring work across all departments. Order fillers dispense orders to customers and engage them throughout the dispensing process, often juggling online and in‑store customer needs. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday season.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in specific circumstances and vary from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
