Provide leadership for store operations and safety of people and pets; drive the in-store pet parent and associate experience;
Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and terminate as needed; manage staffing and scheduling; develop associates;
Ensure store standards and policies are followed; oversee inventory management and loss prevention; perform monthly policy/process audits;
Analyze store performance, manage expenses and P&L, and communicate results to leadership; coordinate with home office on requests and initiatives;
Oversee store opening/closing procedures and daily workflows; ensure customer service and community engagement aligns with company strategy
