Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates focus on locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise to fulfill online orders. They ensure order accuracy prior to pick up, make appropriate product substitutions, and consult with customers as needed to achieve satisfaction.
