Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk

The Kroger Company - 107 Highway 80 E - Responsibilities:
Select and gather products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality;
Assemble online orders and process coupons and payment;
Deliver and load orders to cars for pick up;
Scan and bag orders following bagging standards;
Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up;
Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness;
Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment;
Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies to e-Commerce supervisor;
Inspect equipment and notify management of items in need of repair;
Assist in training new e-Commerce team members;
Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
