Select and gather products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality;
Assemble online orders and process coupons and payment;
Deliver and load orders to cars for pickup;
Scan and bag orders following bagging standards;
Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup;
Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness;
Adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines;
Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment;
Report discrepancies to the e-Commerce supervisor;
Assist in training new e-Commerce team members
