Part Time Sales Stylist Beyond Yoga - Scottsdale

About the Job

• Show a thorough understanding and vested interest in Beyond Yoga; demonstrate excellent product knowledge to cultivate an authentic selling and service-oriented environment with a focus on customer connection.
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily.
• Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs.
• Assist in maintaining store appearance in accordance with Beyond Yoga’s visual presentation standards and general housekeeping procedures.
• Handle cash operations efficiently and manage merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and stock replenishment while maintaining standards.
• Execute store procedures in compliance with store policy and resolve customer concerns to achieve positive outcomes.
• Partner with store leadership on elevated issues and adopt/use new technologies rolled out in-store to enhance the customer experience and store performance.
• Collaborate with store team and Home Office partners to build connections with the local community through events and brand engagement.
• Act as a brand ambassador who embodies and cultivates the company’s core values.

• Enjoy being busy and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment; collaborate as a role model aligned with a culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset; enjoy learning new tools and adapting to new initiatives.
• Progressive retail leadership experience with proven skills in supervising, coaching, and training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions and lift up to 40 pounds; standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, stooping, and other movement may be required; occasional ladder work.
• Reliable transportation; high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Working knowledge of Shopify platform is a plus.

• Salary range: $12.00 to $19.95 per hour; final pay determined by location, experience, and company policy.
