General FunctionResponsible for ensuring online orders are transported and loaded efficiently and accurately for online shoppers. Also responsible for organizing, gathering, and loading online orders.

Accountable to and reports to:
District Store Director, Store Manager, Assistant Manager of Store Operations, Perishables, and Health Wellness Home;
Online Shopping Department Manager. Positions that report to you:

- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service, exhibiting caring, concern, and patience in all interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store.
- Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner, whether the encounter takes place in the employee's designated department or elsewhere in the store.
- Make an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name whenever possible.
- Assist customers by escorting them to desired products, securing out‑of‑reach items, loading/unloading heavy items, and noting and passing along customer suggestions or requests.
- Answer telephone calls and emails promptly and provide friendly, helpful service to callers.
- Upon gathering orders, place them in storage at the proper temperature and retrieve them promptly before the customer's arrival.
- Ensure products maintain proper temperature throughout the entire process.
- Cart to and place in holding area for pick‑up.
- Lifts, carries, and loads groceries into the customer's vehicle.
- Adheres to company policies and individual store guidelines.
- Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
- Select, scan, and bag items from all temperature zones.
- Tender customer orders through POS and charge the customer's credit card.
- Perform other job‑related duties and special projects as required.

- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to relate to and interact with people in a friendly, professional manner.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements- Visual requirement: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.
- Must be able to perform medium work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting/carrying objects of no more than 25 pounds.
- Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
Mostly performed in a retail store setting; may be exposed to dust, noise, and temperature extremes. Possible hazards from moving equipment and electrical shock. Constant pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects in a day. Fast‑paced work environment.
