Compensation

Hourly wage: $20 – $33 per hour.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick‑up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
