Responsibilities- You’ll set up new projects in Vantagepoint, process change orders, and conduct project setup calls with the PMs and billers.
- You’ll ensure revenue is recognized correctly at all levels and work with the PMs to establish the Target ELM.
- You’ll review vendor invoices, code consultant/subcontractor invoices, and set up contracts, projects, and tasks in accounting software.
- You’ll produce draft invoices for contract principals/PMs to review and submit in accordance with client requirements and complete any required forms.
- You’ll follow up on outstanding receivables, manage outstanding WIP, and follow up with project principals/PMs.
- You’ll submit contracts requiring certified payroll reporting information, close contracts, and work with PMs & Finance Manager to ensure all revenue is recognized.
- You’ll upload/submit information necessary to comply with audit payments for clients and work with insurance brokers to obtain COI for new and existing projects.
- You’ll work with the Project Managers to process adjustments and collaborate with regional managers on overall operations – contracts, projects, WIP, receivables, and resources.
- You’ll onboard new employees and provide training for timesheets & expense.
- You’ll assist regional managers with proposals related to employees’ hourly rates and help VP, Operations Controller standardize processes and procedures.
- You’ll assist Finance Manager with FAR audits and support F&A with the monthly close process, completing ad hoc requests from regional managers, Finance Manager, Operations or F&A.
- The work location for this role will include a mix of remote working, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office or center. Some in‑person time is required for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities.
- Minimum 3 years’ professional services invoicing experience with Deltek Vision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a business‑related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time‑management ability.
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
