Position

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Physical Inventory process including scheduling, development of training and communication materials, store execution compliance and the resolution of problems; facilitate and coordinate with External Partners, Finance, Store Operations, Store Communications, Learning and Development, and IT.
  • Reconcile inventory and follow up with issues including miscounts to ensure accurate results; utilize results in partnership with merchants and stores to increase awareness of exposures and develop strategies to reduce shrink.
  • Facilitate the development, implementation, and ongoing execution of Loss Prevention initiatives, programs, and services as it relates to technology and systems.
  • Review EDI invoicing in detail to identify and resolve shortage exposures, including ensuring correct retail and allocation.
  • Lead project plans from concept to completion and work effectively with internal partners (e.g., Regional Loss Prevention Directors, Store Operations, Store Communications, IT, Learning & Development, Home Office Merchants) to drive results.
  • Support the execution, communication, and follow-up of store operational procedures in relation to Loss Prevention (e.g., cycle counts, stock counts, manifest, overdue receipts, and new operational procedures).
  • Support field partners to execute company-related shrink programs designed to reduce inventory shrink and protect company assets.
  • Enhance and ensure loss prevention programs support the delivery of the four core service principles.
  • Determine Shortage Control Target Stores, complete shrink analysis, and execute high shrink visits.
  • Facilitate research and resolutions of store-specific shrink issues.
  • Consistently display exceptional business writing skills.
Position Requirements
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters and respond effectively to such situations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite required, specifically intermediate Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • A high degree of motivation, resourcefulness, and positive energy.
  • Customer service oriented, able to handle requests with diplomacy and care.
  • This role is based in person at the Monroe DC in New Jersey.
Position Qualifications
  • College degree preferred.
  • Three to five years of retail management experience.
  • One or more years’ experience in a related field encompassing analytics, problem solving, organization, and communication.
Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary between $70,000 and $75,000, depending on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
