Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring accuracy prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
