Job Summary
The Regional Sales Support Manager (RSSM) role requires meeting and exceeding expectations within the overall region with responsibility for CCI new retail store openings. Store responsibility is specific to company owned locations. In order to do their jobs effectively, the RSSM must have excellent customer service skills, relationship building skills, communication skills, as well as deep knowledge of retail sales and merchandising execution.

RSSM’s must have strong coaching skills allowing ongoing development of our retail team members and have the ability to drive operational execution, sales performance and merchandising execution via influence in Consumer Cellular company owned locations.

Essential Functions

• Supports all aspects of in-store execution within assigned market, including but not limited to: new store setup, retail sales execution, in-store merchandising execution, operational support to all locations, communicating company specific promotions, service offerings, and products.
• Ensures brand standards are being met for merchandising and product placement
• Establishes and maintains critical relationships with CCI field and home office leadership
• Ensures and promotes strong relationships with the various store leadership teams and program leadership to ensure communication continuity and adoption of all directives

• Works collaboratively with field sales leadership to achieve all company objectives with all CCI retail locations.
• Provides regular reports to senior leadership specific to new store openings and support activities in existing CCI retail locations
• Participates in and completes all required sales training personally and ensures all employees in market are fully trained on all Consumer Cellular products and services.
• Identifies trends and opportunities and utilizes for continuous sales and experience improvement.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred
• 3-5 years retail store management, training, sales, account management or related experience
• 2+ years of multi-unit retail management experience preferred
• 2+ years of retail merchandising experience

• Required travel up to 75% of month
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• High level of business acumen
• Flexibility to work weekends and travel when required
• Proven self-starter
• Ability to influence and drive sales reps to perform and deliver company expectations
• Must be proficient in all MS Office suite of products;
  Word, Excel, Power Point

• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items
• Requires the ability to move around the store, assist customers and maneuver merchandise when necessary
