Introduction
Richmond Football Club members and supporters are among the most passionate and loyal in the AFL. Delivering exceptional experiences across membership, ticketing and merchandise is critical to maintaining strong connections with our fans while supporting the Club's commercial objectives.
The Ticketing & Retail Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the planning, execution and continuous improvement of the Club's ticketing and retail operations. The role administers key ticketing programs, retail administration, internal stakeholder requirements and operational projects, whilst providing leadership and coordination across multiple consumer-facing initiatives.
Working closely with internal departments, the AFL, Fanatics and external partners, the Ticketing & Retail Coordinator contributes to the successful delivery of ticketing products, retail campaigns, operational processes and supporter experiences throughout the season.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ticketing Operations
- Coordinate the delivery of the Club's ticketing programs, stakeholder requirements and match-day ticketing activities, ensuring accurate execution and an exceptional experience for members and supporters. - Retail Facilitation
- Support the successful delivery of Richmond's retail program through effective coordination with suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders, helping drive supporter engagement and commercial outcomes. - Projects & Stakeholder Support
- Coordinate operational projects, procurement activities and stakeholder requirements, ensuring efficient delivery and strong collaboration across the Club. - Consumer Business Support
- Contribute to membership, ticketing and merchandise initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and supporter experiences.
- 1-2 years' experience in ticketing, retail, membership, customer service, consumer operations or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional supporter experiences.
