• Show a thorough understanding and vested interest in Beyond Yoga.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to cultivate an authentic selling and service-oriented environment with a focus on customer connection.
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily.
• Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs.
• Assist in maintaining store appearance in accordance with visual presentation standards and general housekeeping procedures.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations efficiently (shipments, floor sets, markdowns, replenishment) while maintaining standards.
• Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy and resolve customer concerns with a positive resolution.
• Partner with store leadership on elevated issues and adopt new technologies rolled out in-store to improve consumer experience and store performance.
• Understand how technology enables operations; working knowledge of Shopify is a plus.
• Build relationships and foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with store team and Home Office partners to engage with the local community through events and brand-building activities.
• Act as a brand ambassador embodying the company’s core values.

• Progressive retail leadership experience with skills in supervising, coaching, and training.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to perform all essential job functions and lift up to 40 pounds; standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and other physical activities as required.
