Participate in employment decisions such as recruiting, interviewing, and coaching; facilitate associate experience and development; ensure training and onboarding; supervise labor management and coaching for accountability; address grievances; delegate daily tasks to meet business needs; train associates on operational processes to maintain pet safety and health; coordinate staffing coverage for key store areas; validate completion of operational messages and video compliance;

communicate priorities; recognize engagement; oversee healthcare and welfare of store-owned pets; supervise inventory management and pricing processes; ensure accurate inventory counts and product rotations; monitor sales trends and merchandising; maintain store standards and vendor relationships; manage Buy Online and Pick Up In Store and Ship From Store processes; drive merchandising decisions and discretionary space; ensure safety and compliance; lead opening/closing procedures;

respond to pet parent concerns; support store leadership in achieving P&L targets; leverage Home Office resources for store work orders and card allocations
