Select and gather products for customers' online orders with focus on freshness and quality;
Assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payment;
Deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive for pick up;
Bag orders following bagging standards;
Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup;
Maintain cleanliness of staging areas and equipment;
Operate the point of sale (POS) system;
Follow substitutions policies for out-of-stock items;
Assist in training new e-Commerce team members;
