Compensation

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour
. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. In addition, premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances. Premiums can be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, and multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders before pick‑up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
