People Leadership:
Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating; staffing and scheduling; associate development and reviews; escalate and coach as needed.;
Overall Store

Experience:

Lead pet parent and associate experience; ensure safe and healthy pets; manage in-store/pet care standards; respond to concerns; coordinate with local adoption groups.;
Operations & Compliance:
Ensure store policies and procedures are followed; conduct monthly policy

Walks; manage inventory levels and in-stock positions; monitor safety practices via cameras; respond to incidents.;
Business Management:
Analyze store performance and reporting; drive profitability targets; manage expenses and labor; liaise with home office for work orders and purchasing; develop improvement plans.;
Staffing & Administration:
Staffing the entire store, posting schedules, processing payroll, and ensuring proper staffing within budget.
