-  - Responsibilities:
Provide people leadership including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and terminating; manage staffing and scheduling; develop associates and conduct reviews.;
Lead in-store pet parent and associate experiences to deliver exceptional service and safety; ensure store policies and procedures are followed; address employee concerns and grievances.;
Oversee store operations and financials including sales, shrink, and expenses; review reporting and drive improvement plans; collaborate with home office on store work orders and budgets.;
Ensure inventory management and in-stock levels; monitor store standards and safety; manage opening/closing procedures with leadership team.;
Communicate business results and strategic objectives to leaders and associates; drive community events and partnerships.
