Provide leadership for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminations; build an open-door culture and address associate feedback;
Oversee staffing and scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage and labor management;
Lead in-store pet parent and associate experiences, ensuring safety and service quality;
Ensure store standards, policy compliance, and execution of store procedures; manage inventory and daily/weekly/monthly reporting;
Manage store P&L, expenses, and budgets; coordinate with home office and partners on store-related work orders and purchases
