Manager, Fashion Expertise - Wynn

Summary

The Manager, Fashion Expertise is based primarily in the Wynn Fashion boutique and supports other local boutiques, acting as the liaison between the Fashion Expertise Office and retail teams. This role develops boutique teams' product knowledge, styling, and luxury service standards, driving both in-person and digital learning to deliver exceptional client experiences. The Manager coaches advisors, facilitates styling development, and partners with Boutique Leadership to elevate boutique performance.

• Deliver in-boutique training on collections, savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service behaviors.
• Coach Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors to enhance personalized styling, curate looks, and build client relationships.
• Animate styling workshops, support client styling appointments, and follow up on KPI tracking and VOC feedback.
• Conduct on-site coaching, evaluations, and provide structured feedback to Boutique Managers and teams.
• Partner with Boutique Leadership to design onboarding and development plans, and to address merchandising or slow-seller strategies.
• Promote and track completion of monthly digital learning content and collaborate with Fashion Expertise Home Office.
• Travel frequently across boutiques within the market to support training and talent development.

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality with demonstrated retail training or styling experience.
• Proven ability to facilitate, coach, evaluate, and develop boutique talent.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and strong organizational ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently across boutiques within the market and work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
