Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk

We are looking for an Online Grocery Pick‑Up Clerk to work as an In‑Store Grocery Shopper. Your main duties will involve selecting and gathering products for customers’ online orders, processing payments, and delivering orders to customers’ vehicles ’ll also provide a positive customer‑service experience and uphold our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Select and gather products for customers’ online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers’ cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders on the go while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal food safety laws and company guidelines.
• Store products in optimal temperature zones and maintain staging areas.
• Follow directions given in notes and ensure order accuracy.
• Use a portable phone to communicate with customers and respond professionally.
• Process orders through the POS system.
• Determine appropriate substitutions when items are out of stock.
• Inspect equipment and report repairs or discrepancies to management.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new e‑Commerce team members.
• Meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high‑paced environment, manage conflict, and act with honesty and integrity.
• Provide support for minors, seniors, and individuals with special needs.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Work independently without supervision.
• Read shelf tags accurately.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Experience as a personal shopper, production/warehouse worker, stocking shelves, or cashier.
