Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into cars upon customer arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Uphold the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Select and gather products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.
• Initiate and complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customer vehicles.
• Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Follow safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Provide professional communication with customers.
• Follow policies for substitutions and out-of-stock items.
• Report equipment issues and discrepancies.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Meet productivity standards.
• Work effectively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts appropriately.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding all information.
• Support customers with diverse needs, including minors and seniors.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or production environments, stocking, or cashier roles.
