Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Job OverviewOnline Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer to ensure satisfaction.
