Aboutthe Job
- Show a thorough understanding and vested interest in Beyond Yoga.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to cultivate an authentic selling and service‑oriented environment, focusing on customer connection.
- Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily.
- Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance in accordance with Beyond Yoga’s visual presentation standards and general housekeeping procedures.
- Maintain efficiency in cash handling and merchandise operations—shipment processing, floor set, markdown, replenishment—while adhering to standards and store policy.
- Resolve customer concerns swiftly, resulting in a positive resolution; partner with store leadership on elevated issues.
- Adopt and advocate for new technologies rolled out in store; understand how technology enhances consumer experience, improves operations, and boosts performance; working knowledge of the Shopify platform is a plus.
- Build relationships and foster a positive, diverse, inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with the store team and Home Office partners to build community connections through events, drive brand awareness, and engagement.
- Serve as a brand ambassador that embodies and cultivates the company’s core values.
- Enjoy being busy and juggling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
- Act as a collaborative role model, exhibiting behaviors aligned with a culture of inclusion and belonging.
- Be a self‑starter with a growth mindset, enthusiastic about learning new tools and adaptable to new initiatives.
- Have progressive retail leadership experience with proven skills in supervising, coaching, and training.
- Be able to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Perform all essential job functions and lift up to 40 pounds; duties include standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, crouching, bending, stooping, typing, reaching, and climbing ladders. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

- Possess a high school diploma or GED (preferred).

CompensationThe pay range for this role is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal requirements or $12.00 - $19.95 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
