The Store Manager role is a full-time position is based in our Evansville, Indiana location. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining store presentation standards. This role leads and develops store associates through coaching, scheduling, and performance feedback to ensure a positive, inclusive work environment. The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent in-store experiences.
Additional responsibilities include managing cash control, implementing retail loss prevention procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies, and partnering with leadership on local marketing and promotional activities.
- Customer-focused background with strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
- Store leadership experience, including Store Management, team supervision, and day-to-day retail operations.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and cross-functional partners.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, interpret performance reports, and make data-informed decisions.
- Experience in retail or related customer-facing environments; prior management experience is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or retail management is an asset.
