AboutThe Role
We’re seeking a Finance Manager Deal Desk to guide how Rula grows. As an individual contributor, you’ll partner closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to shape growth strategy, evaluate trade-offs, and develop strategic forecasting of complex deals. You’ll be responsible to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, while balancing short-term efficiency with long-term impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, navigating ambiguity, and shaping strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications- 5 years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP A, or related roles
- 2 years of dedicated experience specifically within a Deal Desk or Commercial Operations function
- Proven experience informing growth or go-to-market strategy through financial analysis
- Experience building and owning scenario-based topline forecasts
