• Oversee stockroom associate and supply levels to augment proficiency, security, and efficiency to help sales floor renewal and omni‑channel satisfaction.
• Use sales analytics tools to drive store productivity and growth such that the results of the overall brand are upheld.
• Oversee and optimize stock levels, stock adjacencies, introductions, marking, and grouping in all areas to guarantee the sales floor is fully loaded.
• Keep up with visual guidelines of the store, per workspace organization.
• Partake in functional store exercises depending on the situation: carrying new items to the floor, floor sets, renewal, replacements and corner shop upkeep.
• Carry an eagerness to share creative thoughts and solutions for continuously improving team tasks.

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• 3+ years of design, furniture or home merchandise experience preferred.
• 3+ years of store management experience strongly preferred.
• Deep critical thinking and analytical skills.

• Background of succeeding in a fast‑paced and evolving climate.
