Bookmans is looking for a focused, reliable, and detail-oriented Online Store Pricer/Stocker/Shipper to join our e-commerce team! If you enjoy working with product inventory, navigating online sales platforms, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily online store tasks, including product processing, listing, and order prep.
- Maintain compliance with external seller platform standards and shipping guidelines.
- Utilize e-commerce systems and shipping software to process orders accurately.
- Keep individual workstations and shared processing/prep areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Maintain high individual productivity, focused work effort, and consistent shift attendance.
- Strong technical adaptability and comfort working with e-commerce software.
- Excellent time management, punctuality, and ability to work self-sufficiently.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Familiarity with online retail platforms, seller site guidelines, and shipping tools is a plus.
- Standing for long shifts on concrete floors, walking continuously, and frequently lifting or moving boxes weighing up to 40 pounds or more.
- Picking, sorting, and packing online or in-store book orders accurately and quickly.
- Receiving shipments, inspecting for damage, uploading items into an inventory database, shelving stock, and updating computer or manual inventory logs.
- Safely using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or barcode scanners following training.
This position is Part-time (Less than 28 hours per week)
