Our dispatcher keeps Bark & Mane running. You'll be the first voice our clients hear, turning inquiries into booked appointments and building the daily schedules and routes for more than 10 groomers across Tucson. The right person is organized, dependable, and confident closing a sale.

• Full-time, 40 hours per week, including one weekend day
• Hybrid: some days at our Tucson facility and some days remote

• Hourly pay:
  Starting at $17/hour, paid biweekly
• Quarterly performance bonus

• Sales and booking: Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails. Turn new inquiries into booked appointments, recommend add-on services when they fit, and move clients onto recurring grooming schedules.
• Scheduling and routing: Create efficient daily routes that minimize drive time and maximize groomer productivity.
• Accuracy and follow-through: Keep client records complete and correct, including pet details, grooming notes, contact information, and signed release forms. Double-check bookings so groomers arrive prepared.
• Problem-solving: Adjust the schedule when there are call-outs, delays, or cancellations. Handle client concerns professionally, and keep groomers and management informed.

• Previous paid experience as a dispatcher or scheduler
• Proven sales or booking success, and comfort working toward conversion and rebooking goals
• Dependable and punctual, with a strong attendance record
• Very detail-oriented; you catch errors before they become problems
• Strong communication skills, both by phone and in writing
• Able to manage your time and stay productive while working remotely
• Comfortable learning scheduling and CRM software
