The Global eSigner Transformation team plays a key role in supporting the evolution of the Account Services offering for a global client. This position supports the delivery of key transformation initiatives, helping to drive project progress and contribute to the successful achievement of business objectives.

• Extract and input data from various source documents into core applications, ensuring a high level of accuracy and data integrity
• Monitor and report on the daily progress of transformation initiatives, providing clear and concise status updates to project stakeholders
• Perform testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), during and after data migration to validate system performance and data quality
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including Technology, Operations, and senior leadership, to identify, report, and resolve project‑related issues in a timely manner

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, operations‑focused environment would be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting would be an asset
• Ukrainian language will be a plus
