Farmers Home Furniture offers a Store Manager Trainee (SMT) Program designed to train and develop associates sponsored by the Home Office with the goal of placing them into a permanent Store Manager role upon successful completion of the SMT Program.
The SMT program blends in-store operational training, online learning, role-based immersion, and live training events. Trainees will learn all major store operations while supporting daily store functions at assigned training locations.
