Role Responsibilities:
• Plan travel arrangements for vacations, corporate trips, weddings, sports teams, and more
• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets
• Book flights, hotels, car rentals, excursions, and event tickets
• Create custom tour packages and coordinate group travel
• Deliver travel documents including confirmations and itineraries
• Assist with any changes or issues related to client travel plans

Position Requirements
High School
Travel Industry Knowledge
- Familiarity with destinations, travel trends, and tourism products
- Understanding of geography, cultures, and time zones
- Knowledge of booking systems (e.g., GDS, Sabre, Amadeus) or online booking platforms
- Awareness of travel regulations (passports, visas, COVID requirements, etc.)
- Strong communication (verbal and written)
- Active listening and empathy
- Patience and professionalism
- Ability to build client trust and long-term relationships
- Detail-oriented travel itinerary planning
- Multitasking and time management
- Ability to coordinate complex arrangements (flights, hotels, activities, insurance)
- Problem-solving for travel delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes
- Proficiency with travel booking software or CRM tools
- Comfort using email, spreadsheets, and communication platforms
- Navigating websites for price comparisons and availability
- Understanding online payment systems and invoicing
- Persuasive communication to upsell or cross-sell travel services
- Understanding client needs to offer personalized recommendations
- Social media promotion or marketing knowledge (optional but helpful)
- Ability to meet sales targets or commission goals
